2) You can request a CALL BACK by filling the form below and clicking submit.
3) You can fax a query directly to the support team on FAX number: 01-6852337.
4) You can register a query with the call centre 7 days a week on: 1850-336-336 (8am until 8pm, Mon-Fri), (9am-6pm, Sat), (10am-4pm, Sun), we will try to deal with these queries within 24 hours.
BER Assessors and GHES Installers will receive direct contact numbers for access to the admin staff after training. Admin team are available Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm).
